Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Prepridge. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Prepridge.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Prepridge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Prepridge platform available at https://prepridge.com.
By accessing or using Prepridge, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must also agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Prepridge is an AI-powered SAT preparation platform designed to help high school students improve their Digital SAT scores. Our platform provides:
Prepridge is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Services are provided on an "as is" basis and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
To access Prepridge's features, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in prohibited activities.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@prepridge.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.
Minimum age: Users must be at least 13 years old to use Prepridge. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover an account belonging to a child under 13, it will be immediately terminated.
Users aged 13–17: If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, your use of Prepridge requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use Prepridge, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and accepts responsibility for the minor's use of the platform.
COPPA Compliance: Prepridge complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect parental consent information for users under 18 and do not share minor users' data with third parties for marketing purposes.
FERPA Awareness: Prepridge handles student education data with care consistent with the principles of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Student performance data is used solely to provide and improve our educational services.
Prepridge offers a Premium subscription plan at $19.00 USD per month. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed in US dollars through our secure payment processor (Stripe). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Prepridge does not guarantee any specific SAT score improvement or outcome. While our platform is designed to help students improve their scores through adaptive practice, AI tutoring, and proven strategies, individual results will vary based on effort, starting level, study habits, and many other factors outside our control.
Prepridge makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding score outcomes. Any improvement statistics referenced in our marketing materials represent typical results and are not guaranteed for any individual user.
Prepridge offers a 7-day free trial for new Premium subscribers. No credit card is required to begin the free trial.
At the end of the free trial period, your account will remain accessible in free tier mode. You will not be automatically charged. To continue with Premium features, you must actively choose to subscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@prepridge.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until your subscription period ends.
We offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. After 7 days, refunds are not available.

You agree to use Prepridge only for lawful educational purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content on Prepridge — including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, strategy lessons, video content, software, design, and AI-generated responses — is the exclusive property of Prepridge or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal educational purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.
Prepridge uses artificial intelligence technology powered by Anthropic's Claude API to provide the AI Tutor feature. By using the AI Tutor, you acknowledge and agree that:
Prepridge is not responsible for decisions made based on AI Tutor responses. Always verify important information through official College Board resources.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using Prepridge, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
No Score Guarantee: Prepridge does not guarantee any particular SAT score outcome. Individual results vary based on effort, baseline scores, and many factors outside our control.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREPRIDGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
IN NO EVENT SHALL PREPRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact Prepridge at hello@prepridge.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations for a minimum of 30 days before proceeding to arbitration.
If informal negotiations fail, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of Prepridge shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Prepridge agrees to pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Prepridge.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that proceed to court shall be heard in Contra Costa County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Prepridge after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.
